Vehicle warning lights are widely used in various vehicles and industries, including municipal maintenance, transportation, construction machinery, construction sites, medical hygiene system, fire emergency, school buses, ships, aviation, factories, and other sectors.  Especially for the night and working environment with poor visual environment (Rainy, foggy, and dark weather), Visibility less than 50 meters. This is used for warning the passing vehicles pay attention to the special situation, reducing safety hazards and economic losses. So there are high technical request for the beacon light, including the optical parameters, frequency waterproofing and other aspects of warning lights. The national ministry of transport and the European Economic commission(ECE) have implemented a certification system (R65/R10) for warning lights, and the corresponding certification mark(E-mark) need to be printed on the products.

• ECE R65 and SAEJ845 Class1 international standards: 24-watt LED, combined with the mixed wide-angle optical reflector, the diffused light intensity is greater than 280 cd (0°), which plays a role in long-distance safety warning.
• The thermal characteristic solution of the warning light LED: The modular integrated heat dissipation structure design of the LED circuit board and the aluminum base, combined with the LED constant current and constant voltage protection circuit, eliminates the influence of high temperature on the early light decay of the warning light, and realizes a warranty period of more than three years.

• The cold-resistant and low-temperature power supply connection line adapts to the snow and ice climate environment and is not easily brittle and broken.
• Built-in wide voltage DC10-32V circuit, polarity reverse connection protection circuit, and throw-load pulse voltage simulation protection circuit design avoid damage to the warning light due to improper use and vehicle pulse voltage.
