UWB (Ultra-Wide-Band) is a wireless communication method that uses nanosecond non-sinusoidal narrow pulses to transmit data, and this technology adopts high bandwidth and fast pulses with excellent penetration and anti-interference. This positioning system adopts TOF/TDOA algorithm, based on UWB ranging technology and time-difference positioning technology, the ranging accuracy reaches within 10cm in the laboratory environment; in the ordinary environment, the positioning accuracy can still be maintained within 30cm, and the ranging distance can be up to the level of kilometres. The system has the advantages of high accuracy, low power consumption, low cost, easy deployment, etc. It is used for high-accuracy positioning of people and objects in complex environments, and solves the demand for accurate positioning based on one-dimensional, two-dimensional and three-dimensional scenes.
